? Coordinating with patients and healthcare providers to schedule consultations,
counselling sessions, and tests.
? Preparing and formatting documents using Microsoft Word and other software
programs.
? Communicating with patients via various Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
platforms to keep them informed about the next steps in their care.
? Answering patient queries and ensuring the best experience for our patients
? Prioritising and managing multiple tasks and their deadlines
Desired Skills & Experience:
? Strong Interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills - This is
necessary for this profile
? 0-1 years of experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination.
? Any Bachelor's degree (Healthcare administration or a related field will be preferred)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
? Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
? Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred.
