Patient Customer Care Executive
The Patient Customer Care Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and supportive experience for patients seeking assistance with healthcare-related inquiries. This position involves effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills to address patient concerns and provide information about services. The Patient Customer Care Executive serves as a bridge between the organization and patients, contributing to overall patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Communication:
? Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
? Demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with patients, addressing their concerns with patience and courtesy.
Information Provision:
? Provide accurate and detailed information about healthcare services, appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and other relevant topics.
? Ensure patients are well-informed about their treatment plans, prescriptions, and any necessary follow-up procedures.
Problem Resolution:
? Investigate and resolve patient complaints, issues, or disputes in a timely and effective manner.
? Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate swift resolution and prevent recurring problems.
Appointment Scheduling:
? Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments as needed.
? Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to optimize appointment availability.
Insurance Assistance:
? Guide patients through the insurance process, including verification, pre-authorization, and billing inquiries.
? Work closely with the billing department to address any insurance-related issues.
Documentation:
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
? Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.
Collaboration:
? Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and other departments to enhance the overall patient experience.
? Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges, share insights, and contribute to process improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
10+2 / Any Graduate / Diploma Holders.
Freshers / Previous experience in customer service in any industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic and patient-oriented approach.
problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Working Conditions:
Office-based environment with regular computer use and phone communication.
May require occasional evening or weekend shifts based on organizational needs.
Shift Timing:
6 hours for single shift. Can be extended to 8 Hours / 12 Hours as per candidate flexibility.
Compensation and Benefits:
5,500 for single (6 hours) shift. Additional Payout for Increased working Hours per shift.
