Patient Care Executive

Location: Adyar and Purasiwakkam

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Reception and Guidance:

- Warmly welcome patients and ensure a pleasant experience.

- Explain billing procedures and provide necessary support.

2. Scanning Assistance:

- Guide patients through the scanning process.

- Coordinate with medical technicians for smooth operations.

3. Emotional Support:

- Offer reassurance and stress-relief strategies to anxious patients.

4. Patient Coordination:

- Liaise between patients and staff for clear communication.

- Assist in completing scanning and test procedures.

5. Continuous Support:

- Support patients throughout their visit, addressing concerns promptly.

- Ensure needs are met until they receive their reports.### Requirements


Qualifications:• Education:



- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Literature, History, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, General Duty Assistant, or similar qualifications.

- Advantageous: Background in healthcare or customer service.• Experience:



- Freshers or experienced in patient care or customer support.
