:We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual for the position of Patient Caller. As a Patient Caller, you will be responsible for managing all priority clients of our company, ensuring their requirements are met promptly and efficiently. The role involves handling a variety of tasks, including voice-related work, semi-voice related work, and other client-provided responsibilities.Role & responsibilities

  • Manage all priority clients of the company, addressing their needs and requirements in a timely manner.
  • Handle voice-related work, semi-voice related work, and various other tasks as assigned by the clients.
  • Act as a point of contact between the clients and the company, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client expectations.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team, providing necessary support and assistance.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in interactions with clients and team members.
  • Be flexible and willing to extend work hours when necessary to support the team and meet client demands.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and the local language, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring all client requirements are met promptly.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when required to support the team and meet client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for client communication and task management.
