Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct prior art search to assess novelty.
• Analyse technical documents, scientific literature, and patents.
• Prepare detailed novelty reports.
• Collaborate with inventors, researchers, and legal teams.
• Advise on patentability based on search results.
• Stay updated on technical fields and patent laws.
• Maintain accurate search records.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
• Understanding of patent laws and application processes.
• Experience in prior art searches and novelty assessments.
• Proficiency in patent databases and research tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred:
• Experience in a patent office or related role.
• Certification in patent searching and analysis.
• Familiarity with international patent laws.
