Patent Associate
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Preparing IP opinions (patentability, FTO, invalidity) Providing insightful analysis of search results from various sources Keep an eye on technology, competition and geography through patent watches and disseminating the insights from patent watches to R&D and Business Drafting patent specifications ?Drafting and handling response to office actions in India and overseas and all other compliance requirements as per the applicable patent law. Assisting in patent oppositions and providing technical support to the enforcement activities through research and analysis of recent cases etc. Applying & obtaining design registrations in India
Desired skills & Experience:
a)In-depth knowledge in preparing and prosecuting patent applications spanning between 4-6 years in R&D/law firm set up.
b)Patent Agent Registration with the Indian Patent Office c)Excellent command over the English language (written & verbal)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
