Position Open: Patent Analyst
Job Location : ITPL, Whitefield ,Bangalore
Job type : Full time
• Conduct patent and non-patent literature searches for generating technology landscapes, patentability, freedom to operate, validity/invalidity and infringement reports
• Drafting, Filing & Prosecution of Patent Applications
• Conducting patent search projects in a timely manner
• Review search results and generate reports.
• Should be an expert in IP field.
• Detailed Knowledge of European and US patent Law.
• Drafting responses to office actions is preferable.
• Experience required : 1-5 yrs
Required Candidate Profile for above Job profile :
• Only Engineering : B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech (Electronics/Electricals/Mechanical/Telecommunication/IT/Aeronautical/Computer Science)
• Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
