Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patent Research and Analytics professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting patent searches and assisting in patent drafting. This role is perfect for fresh B.Tech graduates who are eager to start their careers in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

Key Responsibilities:

• Patent Search: Conduct comprehensive patent searches to identify existing patents, prior art, and relevant literature. Analyze search results to ensure novelty and non-infringement of new patents.
• Patent Drafting: Assist in drafting patent applications, including detailed descriptions, claims, and drawings. Collaborate with inventors and legal professionals to accurately capture technical details.
• Research and Analysis: Perform in-depth research and analysis of patents, scientific literature, and technical documents to support patentability assessments, freedom-to-operate analyses, and competitive intelligence.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of search results, analyses, and patent drafts. Ensure all documentation complies with legal standards and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) in any relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using patent databases and research tools is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
