Job Description
The Patent Agent/ Patent Attorney will responsible for End to End Execution, People Management and also play a vital in the business development as well
- Deep understanding of the IAM world, comprising both of IP and Technology Research
- Understanding should include aspects of IAM crossing roads with strategy/innovation management, prosecution and litigation \xc2\xa7 Innovation management, consulting, market search, patent drafting, patent search and patent prosecution
- Past experience in providing IP consulting services at a senior level leading client relationships is a must
- International experience, servicing clients in the US, UK and EU
- Preferably certified patent agent and/or patent attorney; patent valuation expert
- Good to have: experience in domains such as automobile, telecommunication, semiconductor/electronics, Pharma
- Must have 8+ years of overall experience in patent law
- Must have team handling experience
- Practical experience working on licensing projects related to High-tech or Pharma
- Analyzing FTO search and drafting risk assessment reports for the clients
- Performing market analysis to shortlist the targets for licensing or litigation
- Preparing litigation-grade claim charts supported using RE or other testing technique
- Hands-on experience working on RE of semiconductor devices
- Knowledge of the US, EP, and Indian Patent laws on infringements
