• Prepare a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, and desserts, following established recipes and Food Safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of bakery ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery area, following all safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute to menu development and suggest new bakery items to delight our customers.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in baking techniques and a strong understanding of bakery equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Culinary degree or Experience In Bakery Industry.
