• Develop and execute creative and innovative dessert menus
• Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
• Decorate and present desserts in an attractive and appealing manner
• Ensure consistency and quality in all baked items
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in pastry techniques and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen
• Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
