Job Description

Baking: Create and prepare baked goods, such as cakes, cookies, pies, and breads

Decorating: Decorate pastries with icings, toppings, and sauces

Managing inventory: Order and stock ingredients, supplies, and equipment

Menu planning: Contribute ideas to the menu and develop seasonal recipes

Kitchen management: Oversee the daily operations of the pastry section, including cleanliness and sanitation

Staffing: Recruit, hire, and train assistants and junior chefs

Client communication: Meet with customers to discuss custom-made desserts

Quality assurance: Ensure each pastry meets the establishment's quality standards

Research and development: Research and test new recipes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
