Role Description - Pastry Chef
This is a full-time on-site role for an Pastry Chef at Zinque. The role involves assisting the Head Pastry Chef in the day-to-day production of pastries, cakes, etc. The Pastry Chef will also be responsible for preparing, decorating pastries, accepting online orders and ensuring that all baked goods meet quality and safety standards and taking online orders.
Qualifications - Pastry Chef
• Should have a hands on experience in Entremet / Chocolatier department for min 1 year.
• Should be well versed with making mousse, inserts, moulding, glazing and spraying
• Bakery, Baking, and Culinary Skills
• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for pastry and baked goods
• Ability to follow recipes and measurement instructions accurately
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a professional kitchen or pastry shop is a must.
• Certificate or diploma in baking or pastry arts is a must.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
