Pastry Chef Faculty - Cook and Bake Academy

: We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef with excellent communication skills to join our faculty team. The ideal candidate will have a solid educational foundation, practical experience, and a commitment to teaching aspiring chefs. This role involves both practical and theoretical instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical classes on bakery and pastry topics
• Demonstrate techniques in bread making, entremets, petite fours, chocolate showpieces, sugar work, and other bakery items
• Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in the kitchen and classroom
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students
• Prepare and organize course materials, assessments, and lesson plans

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in Bakery
• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in pastry and bakery arts
• Skills: Excellent communication and teaching skills; expertise in bread making, entremets, chocolate showpieces, sugar work, and more
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
