As we expand our talented team, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef Commis II (Female) to join our dynamic bakery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Pastry Chef and senior team members in preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
• Ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards for consistent quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support in the creation and decoration of cakes, tarts, and specialty desserts.
• Manage the storage of ingredients and ensure proper labeling and stock rotation.
• Participate in team briefings and contribute ideas for menu innovation and improvements.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in a pastry or bakery environment (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Certification or diploma in culinary arts or pastry-making is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques, tools, and ingredients.
• Strong attention to detail with a creative flair for dessert presentation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and commitment to quality.
