Job Title: Executive Chef - French Bakery

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at a soon-to-be-opened French bakery in Amaravati, Maharashtra. As the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating an authentic French culinary experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Menu Development: Design and develop a diverse menu of French pastries, bread, and other baked goods.
Ensure the menu reflects the authentic flavors and techniques of French baking.

Culinary Leadership: Lead and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Foster a creative and collaborative work environment to bring out the best in the culinary team.

Quality Control: Implement and enforce hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.

Ingredient Sourcing: Identify and establish relationships with local and international suppliers for high-quality ingredients.
Work closely with suppliers to maintain an inventory of fresh and premium ingredients.

Training and Development: Train kitchen staff on French baking techniques and standards.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development among the culinary team.

Cost Management: Monitor kitchen expenses and work towards optimizing costs without compromising on quality.
Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve budgetary goals.

Customer Interaction: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to understand customer preferences and feedback.
Be responsive to customer inquiries and feedback, striving to exceed their expectations.
