Eram Talent is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Passive Network Architecture and Design Engineer to join our team. We are a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy specializing in providing recruitment solutions for various industries, including IT and Networking.The Passive Network Architecture and Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing passive network infrastructure for our clients. They will work closely with the network architecture team to develop robust and scalable network solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.If selected, the job location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities

• Coordinating people and vendors to deliver high quality outcomes.
• Technical authority for the sectors passive network systems
• Consolidate technical requirements and produces end to end solution design, detailed BOQs and costing for sector enablement and office fitout projects (Passive network, ISP and OSP)
• Responsible for the passive network standards and design of design and delivery of overall passive network - LAN, Datacentre and collaboration cabling, fibre, cabinets and facilities
• Produces and Maintain High-Level and Low-Level design documentation.
• Produces and maintain the inventory.
• Manage the capacity of the running passive network - DDF, ODF, and all related passive systems
• Drive and manage optimizations and continuous service improvements.
• Establish and foster key relationships with business and project stakeholders across the internal business sectors.
• Development of regular reporting for both operational and strategic initiatives.
• Promote a high-performance working environment embracing companys values

• Tertiary degree qualification in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT related discipline
• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in Passive Network solutions design or Passive network implementation in a large enterprise, Service Provider, or Integrator
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in managing and delivering telecommunication network projects and leading implementation teams.
• Deep Knowledge of passive networks technologies and standards. Including but not limited to GPON, Splitters, GigaBit Ethernet, Optical fibres, ISP and OSP design.
• Ability to work without minimal supervision. Hands on experience in designing configuring passive network systems.
• Experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to translate technical terms into business processes to deliver effective change.
• Good communication skills
