Role name and description Senior - This role is responsible for completing Australian immigration work daily and submitting the immigration task in a timely and accurate manner adhering to company norms and policies. Provide exceptional client service by doing task on timely basis with quality. Your key responsibilities Prepare and lodge visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs. Research and prepare timely and accurate advice regarding visa options and other related immigration issues. Provide clients with advice and assistance in relation to immigration compliance. Liaise with clients and applicants to prepare visa applications. Manage immigration files end-to-end. Ensure the maintenance of up to date, compliant client records and ensure also that all related invoicing is promptly completed for each matter. Be task orientated and proven ability to produce quality work on a regular basis, to a consistently high standard A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively and directionally as required Meet the required utilization - Voice your opinions to stakeholder Ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to ensure that work is of a consistently high standard Ability to multi-task projects and assignments in order of priority Excellent ability to plan ahead and anticipate potential problems before they arise Timely reporting of activities Proactively taking more task once completed Mentoring associates/advanced associates by sharing knowledge Guiding team members on process and Immigration issues Skills and attributes for success Working knowledge and experience of most widely used visa sub-classes. Attention to detail and problem-solving in the migration space. Able to work with minimum supervision. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to respond quickly to clients and answer potential new client queries. Experience in managing consultations. Responsible, enthusiastic, punctual personality, inspiring confidence in our clients To qualify for the role, you must have A registered migration agent (or is currently awaiting registration from the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA)) or legal practitioner 6-8 years professional experience in a legal or professional services environment with proven exposure to immigration fundamentals and processes Ability to prioritise tasks and work both autonomously and as part of a team Working with high volumes within required timeframes A passion for working with processes, and a keen eye for process improvement Ideally, you\'ll also have Experience in Immigration process, preferably in outbound work permits Experience in Global Mobility What we look for We look for candidates with proven capabilities of leading a team.
