Part Time Telecaller
Job Description
Position: Part-Time Telecaller
Experience Required: Fresher or 6 months in telecalling or a similar role
Working Hours: 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM (4 Hours)
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi & English
Salary Range: ?5,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays (Sunday off)
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
• Respond to inbound calls, addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Update and maintain customer records in the database.
• Achieve daily call targets and contribute to team goals.
• Ensure accurate and thorough information is provided to customers.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer skills for managing call records.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?6,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 24 per week

• Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Bani Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
