About the Company:

Untangle is a trusted mental health organization offering high quality mental health services. We mainly cater to the D2C market and offer Individual and couple therapy sessions. Established in 2018, we are a therapist led organization that values providing ethical and evidence based therapy that help our clients make lasting and transformative changes in their mental health.

We are currently looking for passionate individuals who are interested in joining our mission to provide world-class mental health care in India.

Eligibility:

• Anyone pursuing their masters degree in Psychology
• Bachelors students, passionate about mental health may also apply.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written
• Must live near JP Nagar 1st Phase
• Friendly and pleasant personality

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations of the office
• Welcome and greet clients who come for in-person therapy sessions.
• Collect client feedback post-sessions.
• Handle enquiry calls by new customers and help them book an appointment.
• Understand clients' concerns and allocate them to the appropriate therapist.
• Manage therapists calendar
• Help with reschedule, cancellation and new appointment requests by clients.

Position Type : Internship/Contract based

Location: JP Nagar 1st Phase, Bengaluru

Working Days/Timings : Every Sunday of the month (10AM to 6.30PM). You are expected to reach the office by 9:45 AM.

Stipend: ? 4,000 per month

Perks: Experience Letter will be provided
