Job Summary:
• L3 Parts order Management
• Peenya Plant Aftermarket movement
• Customer Master Creation
• Engineering Change Notification
• SDLG Backorder recovery.
• SPR Order Management / RCD / VREM Internal orders / all manual orders
• Fluid order Management
• Reman Core Management
• Reman Child Parts Order Management
2. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
L3 Order Management Creation of Vendor Master of L3 Supplier ( Domestic and Foreign supplier )
Placing order on L3 Vendor and Followup
Inventory Management of L3 Parts by setting Min and Max QTY to be maintained at all Time
L3 parts lead time and ETA update to dealers
Regular review of Product recommended list with Attachments Manager - Service
Movement of Emergency Parts from Plant Check availability of Parts at Plant in SAP
Obtain approval from MM Head / Operations Head for the movement
Inform the adhoc Transporter to pickup the material and despatch the same.
Customer Master Creation Receive request from Dealers
Verify the same in system by checking PAN / GST No to avoid duplication
Create Master and Inform Dealers
ECN Receive ECN from Global
Check the stock at Dealer end and Inform Dealer to Scrape / Return
Create and settle Commercials
SDLG BOR Study daily BO report of SDLG and check for alternate Solutions & Propose
Review the ETA and Status weekly with SML team
Co-ordinate for cannilibalisation of the escalated case
Order Booking of SPRs , Internal Orders and Direct Billing Request for the Spl price from Pricing Manager once the SPRs approved
Book orders in VIPS and update the SPIN query
Followup with Dealers for Orders where SPR approved but not ordered by Dealer
Order upgradation Request
Peenya Factory , training , RCDs , Reman requirement Orders booking
Fluid Order Management Creation of Vendor Master of Direct Supplier
Placing order on IOCL , APAR etc
Inventory Management of Fluid by setting Min and Max QTY to be maintained at all Time
Regular review with DIM
Reman Support Followup with Dealer for Core return against Sales as well Warranty
Discussion on closing Deal with customer on delivery priority
Creation of PO for Core return and Payment follouwp
Creation of PO on Vendors for Child Parts after getting Indent from the team
Documentation of all records and Tracking
Adhoc Support Update and Monitor the Product Managers recommended Parts list
Monitor and review the availability of Critical Parts List to see the trend.
Support Parts Marketing team on Ad hoc activities
Support Dealer Inventory Manager in parts supply and logistic discussions with the dealers.
Taram modified coolant pump with pulley order management
Backup for Ishwar on his absence
