Title: Parts Information Specialist

Required skill

• We need an excellent technical and analytics skill, who understanding aftermarket parts needs and develop solutions in a team environment.
• Knowledge of multiple business processes of assigned area(s) and/or function(s). - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge
• Knowledge of computer aided design, engineering tools and computer applications. Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to identify primary and related parts for mechanical and electrical assemblies
• Ability to investigate and research problems using multiple networks of people and sources of information

Duties

• Develops parts/service information for new product programs and continous improvement
• Use information such as Technical Manuals, Product Specification and Engineering Information to develop accurate parts information.
• Adhere to Standards, Processes and best practices to develop consistent and ease to use parts information.
• Resolves complex report cards in timely & accurate manner from aftermarket user groups like Dealers, Customers & different internal user groups like , engineering, customer & product support , parts & service marketing.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket & Customer Support, Factory Engineering & Manufacturing functions to develop and deliver parts/service information.
• Assist peers or less experienced team members by virtue of strong knowledge of products, systems and processes.
• Execute projects to improve quality and efficiency.

Desired

• 3 to 6 years of working experience in Aftermarket / Product Support/ Field / Engineering / PV&V functional areas
• Knowledge on computer programming. Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge
• Knowledge of Agriculture/Construction products, customers support process, dealership operations.

Education

4 years Engineering degree in any discipline or 2 years Engineering master degree in any discipline
