Location: Coimbatore The LinkedIn Career Kickstarter(LCK) project is a critical project for FACE Prep both from a business perspective and a growth perspective. It is important that we accelerate the project outcomes for LinkedIn and help them achieve exponential value through this project not just to ensure continued partnership but to grow business significantly. Success Metrics of LCK from LinkedIn\'s perspective 1. Achieve significant New Signup & Retention Numbers 2. Get the Global Leadership Team(GLT) from LinkedIn to value the LCK project to notice the outcome of this project The role of Partner Success Manager will directly impact the retention numbers and also get project visibility of LCK from the global leadership team on LinkedIn Means to Improve the Retention Numbers : Based on the success we have been able to demonstrate they have already tried to experiment with similar projects in other parts of the world. Now it is all the more important that we can over-achieve the benchmarks we have set. Ensure all trained/coupon-activated students are onboarded to WA Groups to reach out to them with learning and contest messages to make them revisit the LinkedIn platform. Follow the SOP of posting regular messages shared by LinkedIn in the WA groups to get people to revisit the platform Come up with quirky, witty, creative hooks(messages/puzzles/contests) to get them to visit the platform again Track, report & improve leading indicators to achieve the desired retention number of 75% retention in our engagements Identify gaps and come up with solutions to address the gaps in achieving the desired retention numbers Means to Improve Project Visibility: One thing that the LinkedIn GLT truly values is the success stories that the project has been able to deliver. They are all gung ho when people start appreciating the work that they have done. Getting student\'s testimonials(video/written) about the benefits that they have been able to achieve with the LinkedIn Premium subscription offered to them Getting students to complete certificates and post the same with a hashtag which can be collated and presented Motivate students to become content creators and help them post post-worthy content and make them viral Churn a good amount of faculty members who would be able to go back and guide/motivate students to use LinkedIn for their career advancement Getting faculty testimonials(video/written) about the benefits that they have been able to achieve with the LinkedIn Premium subscription offered to them Getting faculty to complete certificates and post the same with a hashtag which can be collated and presented Getting institution management to talk about how the program has benefited their students/faculties and directly/indirectly helped in the growth/branding of the institute Generate significant PR around these activities and make this viral Manage media companies to come up with videos/success stories on the project in intervals Create hashtags and improve the number of posts, views, comments & reposts Capture and maintain these success stories in a library for anytime access Present relevant reports to LinkedIn to derive gratification
