About the role
This role will play a critical role in selling and developing business partnerships at local, and regional level across the country. You will have to be proactive and passionate, capable of creating your own sales leads as well as rapidly converting centrally driven enquiries. As a Partnerships Associate, you will be:
Representing Tide and lead relationships with key strategic partners to drive key goals.
Identifying new partners and onboard them.
Establishing a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
Building and developing commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
Working with other teams internal to the organisation to ensure that Partnership goals are synchronised with organisational goals.
Encouraging and supervising any collaborations with partner brands.
Negotiating and finalising deals with partners that benefit Tide.
What we are looking for
As a Partnerships Associate, you\'ll be accountable for establishing relationships with new partners in SME space and collaborating with other teams internally to ensure that partner referrals are signed up to Tide as quickly and smoothly as possible. You will work in the partnerships team to identify new ways to serve our partners by sending out regular communications to increase member acquisition. It will also be important for you to help expand our Partnerships footprint by working closely with the Tide personal contact marketing team to identify and plan events and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness. What makes you a great fit:
You have 1-3 years\' experience in partnerships and account management in the SME space.
Having partnership experience in Fintech space is a must.
You are detail oriented and highly organised: you can manage many projects, relationships, and initiatives all at once.
You are highly focused on commercial opportunities and the delivery of incremental value.
You have great communication skills and can explain complex information in a simple and easy to understand way.
You have excellent customer service skills and you love to help people and are naturally solution-oriented.
You are autonomous and take initiative to get the job done.
You are a natural team player and use diverse skills across the team.
