Role Overview: As the Partnership and Alliances Manager at Flexo, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of space partners and driving strategic collaborations. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, negotiating mutually beneficial terms, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date data on our platform. Your focus will be on building and nurturing strong relationships, promoting our programs and solutions, and overseeing whitelisting processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Identify and Prospect Potential Space Partners:** - Conduct market research to identify potential partners within the coworking and real estate industry. - Build a comprehensive database of potential partners, including coworking spaces, commercial real estate providers, flexible spaces and property owners. 2. **Onboarding New Partners:** - Develop and execute onboarding strategies to bring new partners onto the Flexo platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth integration process for new partners. 3. **Negotiate Terms and Agreements:** - Negotiate mutually beneficial terms, including pricing, revenue-sharing models, and contractual agreements with potential partners. - Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements. 4. **Maintain Accurate Data on Platform:** - Ensure that all information related to partner spaces, amenities, pricing, and availability is accurate and up-to-date on the Flexo platform. - Regularly review and update partner profiles to reflect any changes or additions. 5. **Relationship Building:** - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration. - Act as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries, feedback, and support. 6. **Promote Programs and Solutions:** - Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Flexo\'s programs and solutions to partners. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and content. 7. **Whitelisting and Compliance:** - Oversee the whitelisting process to ensure partners meet Flexo\'s quality and compliance standards. - Work closely with the operations team to address any compliance-related issues. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably within the real estate or coworking industry. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools. - Knowledge of the Indian real estate market and coworking industry is a plus. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume along with a cover letter outlining their relevant experience, current CTC and why they are interested in joining Flexo.
