We are looking for a talented partnerships and Alliances Executive to join our team and drive our online advertising efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
• Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Lead discussions and negotiations with potential partners, structuring agreements that benefit both parties.
• Support Partnership Execution: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to implement and manage partnership initiatives.
• Monitor Partnership Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of partnerships. Provide regular updates to leadership on the performance of strategic alliances
• Strategic Planning: developing long-term goals, defining a clear roadmap for partnership initiatives, and aligning both internal and external resources toward achieving mutual success.
• Market Intelligence: Use insights from partnerships to help the company better position itself in the market and create a competitive advantage.
• Issue Resolution: Identifying and addressing challenges that may arise between your organization and its external partners.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage partnerships and drive business outcomes
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the marketing industry.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
