A partnership manager plays a crucial role in fostering and maintaining relationships between their organization and its partners.

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing and e-commerce team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and managing partnerships within the digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystem.
  • In This role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive growth, expand our reach, and enhance our brand presence in the online marketplace.
  • Proven ability in business development, identifying new opportunities, and developing effective go-to-market strategies.


Responsibilities:



Partnership Development:
  • Identify potential partners, affiliates, influencers, and other key stakeholders within the digital marketing and e-commerce space.
  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy that aligns with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements that drive revenue and market expansion.


Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, product, and operations, to ensure seamless partnership integration and execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, providing support, and fostering positive engagement.


Performance Tracking and Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics and KPIs.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of partnerships and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on partnership performance and RO


Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:
  • Work with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate on the creation of co-branded content, webinars, events, and other marketing activities.


Trend Monitoring and Industry Insights:
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies within the e-commerce landscape.
  • Apply insights and knowledge to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative strategies


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management, preferably within digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystem, including affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and online marketplaces.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and effective partnership strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, analytics tools, and project management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented attitude with a focus on driving growth and achieving targets.
