Project RACE (Research Awareness Campaign and Education) is a prominent project of Society for Children (SOCH) in collaboration with Lagom Sustainability Living Pvt. Ltd. (LSL) dedicated to advancing research and promoting awareness through targeted campaigns and educational programs. It collaborates with a diverse array of stakeholders, including government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and community groups, to deepen understanding of critical issues and effect meaningful change.
Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Managers to join our team. The Managers will be responsible for managing partnerships, drafting project proposals, and overseeing the implementation, execution, evaluation, and monitoring of projects. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and Odia, as well as strong presentation and pitching abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the research and awareness sector, with a focus on collaboration with both government and non-governmental organizations.
Key Deliverables for Partnership Manager:
? Partnership Management:
o Identify and establish partnerships with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders.
o Maintain and nurture existing relationships to ensure ongoing collaboration and support.
o Represent RACE in meetings, conferences, and other events to promote our mission and programs.
? Project Proposal Drafting:
o Develop comprehensive project proposals that align with RACE's goals and objectives.
o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposal development.
o Ensure proposals are well-structured, persuasive, and meet the requirements of potential partners and funders.
? Project Management:
o Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure project milestones are achieved.
o Utilize project management tools and techniques to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
? Communication and Presentation:
o Develop and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential partners and stakeholders.
o Communicate project goals, objectives, and outcomes effectively in both English and Odia.
o Create and disseminate communication materials to support project initiatives.
Key Skills Requirements:
? Partnership Management and Project Proposal Drafting: Proven ability to identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders. Experience in representing the organization in meetings, conferences, and events to promote missions and programs. Skilled in developing comprehensive and persuasive project proposals that align with organizational goals and objectives. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposal development.
? Project Management and Implementation: Strong project management skills in planning, resource allocation, and timeline management. Proficiency in using project management tools to monitor progress and address issues. Expertise in overseeing project implementation, conducting evaluations to assess effectiveness, and preparing detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Odia, with the ability to effectively convey information to various audiences. Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations and pitches to potential partners and stakeholders. Ability to tailor messages to suit different audiences and ensure clear and effective communication.
? Ms Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for creating reports, presentations, and other project management materials.
? Analytical/Creative Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret project data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinking abilities to develop innovative project strategies and solutions. Proficiency in using analytical tools and software to track and analyse project performance.
? Interpersonal Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in uncertain situations.
? People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain meaningful relationships with partners, stakeholders, and colleagues. Ability to inspire trust and confidence in others, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. Effective in networking and forming strategic partnerships to support project objectives.

hospitality management.
