Position Details: o Job Title: Partner Support Agent o Division: IT o Location: Corporate Office, Cyber City, Gurugram
Key Responsibilities: o Provide partner support via PEP call log system, email, phone, and MS Teams. o Engage professionally in both verbal and written communication. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. o Document partner interactions, issues, and resolutions clearly. o Generate and present regular reports on support metrics and trends. o Bonus: Knowledge/experience in web application testing will be an added advantage.
Must-Have Skills & Experience: o Graduation (Preferably in IT). o Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and customer management. o Strong communication skills (both verbal & written). o Proficiency in CRM tools, call logging systems, and MS Teams.This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a real impact.
