This activity is represented mainly by stakeholder and/or account management.In this role the candidate will be a part of 24/7 support queue in delivering effective customer support to our partners via GUS Gateway. Which involves support on application processing, billing, access, and contract related queries.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesContribute to thriving sales team with great customer services and the ability to meet the needs of clients who need assistance. Provides sales and customer service support to customers calling, emailing, live chatting or instant messaging the team.\xc2\xb7 Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care.\xc2\xb7 Help customers register online and process their application.\xc2\xb7 Provide timely and accurate information to the customer and case documentation.\xc2\xb7 Generate outbound follow-up calls as required.\xc2\xb7 Successful support agents will need to be able to handle more than one chat at a time.\xc2\xb7 Answers enquires by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information.\xc2\xb7 Provide customer support via live chat, social media and email in a way that reflects our client\'s culture.\xc2\xb7 Assist customers in locating applications and / or provide status.\xc2\xb7 Explaining available contract options & assist with navigation of the site.\xc2\xb7 Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results.Requirements
