We are seeking a motivated Partner Operations Manager to join our team in India. This role is crucial in supporting our Partner Operations team, ensuring smooth execution of manual processes and operational tasks that are vital to our partner programs' success. This role will play a pivotal part in our daily operations, focusing on data maintenance tasks, assist in managing our SolEx relationship, and collaborating with our global partner team on various projects. We are looking for someone who thrives in a changing environment, pays meticulous attention to details, and excels in maintaining operational excellence.
You'll Get To::
• + Data Maintenance: Oversee and execute day-to-day data maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of partner-related information.
+ SolEx Relationship Management: Support the review of orders and track final payments within our SolEx relationship, ensuring efficient processes and clear communication with stakeholders.
+ Project Collaboration: Work closely with the global partner team to contribute to and drive forward initiatives that enhance partner engagement and operational efficiency.
+ Operational Support: Provide operational support to the team, including reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting of partner-related issues.
+ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of processes and procedures. Generate regular reports on operational performance metrics to monitor efficiency and identify areas for improvement.


What You'll Bring::
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field with 8+ years of experience in Channel Ops, Sales Ops or Revenue Ops;
• Direct experience in creating reports in Salesforce and understanding of key objects
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Proven experience in operations management, ideally supporting a global Partner team
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (such as Tableau)
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Prior experience with SAP SolEx would be beneficial, though not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams globally.
