The Opportunity We, at Flywire, are seeking a Partner Operations Associate to help us handle and process our growing volume of cross-border payments in India. You will help process payments globally through partner accounts Flywire have around the world. Manage the day to day payments processing Work on remittance processes and the compliances that come with outward remittances. Identify process inefficiencies and suggest ways to improve processes. Be the contact point for our payment partners in India. Bring qualitative and quantitative feedback to team to inform decision-making Confidently working across internal teams - Contact point for agent team and supporting the customer service team Qualifications Here\'s What We\'re Looking For: 2-3 years of experience in Payments, cross border remittance and SWIFT processes preferably in a Bank.
