Job Title: Partner Marketing Specialist Location: India (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi) A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will partner with the Google Cloud ISV ecosystem to ideate, build and deliver both to-partner and through-partner marketing programs. Key responsibilities include driving joint marketing programs and campaigns with ISV partners, to increase awareness and source new demand. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (Role Responsibilities): Collaborate with the Google Cloud ISV partners across India. Work with them to jointly develop and execute demand generation programs that promote Google Cloud adoption within target prospects and customers Engage marketing agencies to deliver programs and events targeted at demand generation Monitor and support partner utilization of marketing funds and enable appropriate spend on programs, and constantly monitor eectiveness and impact on business Localize and execute global partner marketing programs and campaigns in the country Maintain monthly dashboards and reports on performance vs. targets and key performance indicators to monitor the health of Google marketing and inform decision making for senior leadership. Plan and execute To-Partner programs like Partner Summit, which includes event management, content coordination, speakers management, agency engagement, and execution Our ideal candidate is a high achiever with strong program management and analytical skills, the ability to work productively on both an individual, as team level; is flexible, and has the capability to manage different processes and stakeholders at the same time with great eye for detail WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE (Required Exp, Soft & hard skills): Knowledge & Skills Required: Experience designing and executing demand generation campaigns and programs with Partners Experience in working with Partners in the cloud computing ecosystem Possess an expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner ecosystem Experience constructing audience messaging and joint-partner value propositions. Familiarity with marketing and web analytics, CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects. Experience planning and executing multiple, complex and large scale co-marketing programs including budget management Minimum Qualifications & Personal Attributes: 5+ years of experience in marketing with specialization in Partner Marketing Strong written and oral communication skills in English Strong program or project management skills Strong analytical skills Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Cultural sensitivity Demonstrated flexibility and excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize work and function independently A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US: OLIVER provides clients with dedicated agencies.
