Why we need this role
We are on the lookout for an innovative Partner Marketing Manager to be the link between our channel ecosystem and the marketing team. This role will develop the go-to-market strategy to drive pipeline and growth through the partner network that we are establishing, initially focused on the US market. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of partner and product marketing and have a strong track record of cross-functional coordination. A data driven individual, you should also possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
This is the ideal role for someone who has cut their teeth in partner marketing for a b2b technology company and is now ready to take on more responsibility with lots of room to make your own. The role will be hands-on; with an agile and lean team, there will be lots of execution, lots of learning and a lot of room for growth. This role will work directly with the Director, Product Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop the go-to-market strategy, planning and execution for launch campaigns for our partner network, with the support of the product marketing team.
-Work with channel partners and internal teams in the region to develop and execute co-marketing activities including sponsorship of trade shows/third-party events, builder-partner events, workshops/hands on labs, webinars, digital advertising, blogs, success stories, marketing-in-a-box campaigns and emails.
-Produce content to support channel partners and populate the channel partner portal, including product and branding guidelines.
-Support the partner team in achieving our growth targets for the partner business, beginning in the US, including collateral and campaign support.
-evaluate the performance of our partner marketing, recommending improvements, and developing a deep understanding of how we work with partners and customers, the benefits they experience and the future opportunities they want to unlock.
-Work in collaboration with revenue teams globally to equip them with all the tools to collaborate successfully with partners including collateral, training, and co-branded content, beginning in the US.
