Partner Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Partner Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about channel partnerships and eager to gain hands-on experience in partner marketing and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
The person will Contribute to innovative ideas for partner enablement and engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities/Task: Email Campaigns: Assist in planning, creating, and executing email campaigns targeting partners. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts. Partner Events Operations: Support the planning and execution of partner events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and ensure smooth event operations. Content & Design: Develop engaging content for partner communications & create visually appealing marketing materials, including banners, flyers, and social media graphics, using design software. Partner Presentations & communication: Prepare and design compelling presentations for partner meetings and events, maintain regular communication with partners to gather feedback, share updates, and address any concerns Qualifications/skills:
1. Understanding in any design software (e.g., Figma, Canva) and MS Office Suite.
2. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and email writing skills
3. Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (LinkedIn)
4. Creative Thinking: Find innovative solutions to challenges that arise during event planning and execution
5. Collaboration: Work effectively with diverse teams, including vendors, speakers, and internal staff
6. Time Management: Identify and focus on the most critical tasks to meet deadlines
