We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager to take responsibility for our key partnerships including integration into our programmatic monetisation stack, activation of relevant inventory from our publisher base, ongoing operational coordination/troubleshooting & periodic relationship reviews.The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience in partner/publisher account management for a programmatic advertising vendor with strong exposure to tier-1 markets. Responsibilities: Build & maintain strong relationships with all partner publishers in order to understand their programmatic advertising offerings and maximising revenue realisation Ensure concise & professional communications (both written & verbal) with all stakeholders within the partner team across all of the different business scenarios such as setting/managing expectations, addressing day-to-day issues/escalations, conducting periodic business reviews etc. Continuously monitor and analyze partner yield data to identify trends, address inefficiencies and dig out opportunities for revenue growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally including sales, ad operations, technical support, product and engineering to ensure that partnership goals are being met Serve as the voice of the partner and provide feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising Mandatory requirements: Ideally 2+ years of experience in partner/publisher account management for a programmatic advertising vendor with strong exposure to tier-1 markets Solid understanding of the publisher side programmatic advertising ecosystem including ad operations. Experience working with programmatic advertising partners & web publishers, with a focus on driving revenue growth from programmatic advertising Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Prior experience in develop and implementing strategies to improve partner yield and revenue growth Desirable qualities: Ability to managing multiple projects simultaneously - the role requires managing multiple partner accounts, each with its own unique set of requirements & the account manager will be expected to prioritize and delegate their workload effectively to ensure that all partner goals are being met at all times Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire a cross functional team in a collaborative environment Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with global partners and delivering results that are line with the partnership goals
