Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)

Classes: Board Classes X and XII (Evening Classes)

Job Summary:

Prabhushree English Medium School is seeking experienced and knowledgeable PGT teachers for Evening Classes to enhance the subject enrichment of Board Classes X and XII. The ideal candidates should have a deep understanding of the respective subjects, demonstrate excellent teaching skills, and be passionate about helping students excel in their board examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct focused evening classes in assigned subjects to reinforce key concepts and skills.
• Provide specialized instruction aimed at strengthening students' understanding of board syllabus topics and addressing individual learning needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve students' exam performance and subject mastery.
• Utilize a range of teaching methods, including problem-solving, hands-on activities, and group discussions to enhance understanding.
• Prepare students for board exams by delivering in-depth lessons, managing rigorous assessments, and providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment that encourages active learning and participation.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Master's degree in the relevant subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology) and a B.Ed. degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience teaching the subject at the secondary or higher secondary level, with prior experience in board exam preparation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the current curriculum, examination patterns, and requirements of Classes X and XII.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage students effectively in an evening class setting.

Skills:

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for better student comprehension.
• Proficiency in using technology for educational delivery and assessment.
• Patient, motivated, and able to work with students of varying abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance teaching and administrative responsibilities.

Work Schedule: Evening classes, Monday to Friday (hours to be determined based on school schedule and student needs).

Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500.00 - ?700.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week
