Job Title: Part-Time Store Coordinator

Location: Versova,Andheri

Working Hours:

- Thursday to Sunday: 7:00 PM - 10:30 PM

- Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary: ?5,000 per month

We are looking for a cheerful and customer-friendly Part-Time Store Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a college student or anyone looking for part-time work with flexible hours. Basic English proficiency is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording orders in the POS system, collecting payments, and handing over food takeaways to customers and delivery personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

- Greet customers with a friendly attitude.

- Engage in pleasant conversations with customers to enhance their experience.

2. Order Management:

- Accurately record customer orders in the POS system.

- Ensure orders are correctly processed and prepared for takeaway or delivery.

3. Payment Handling:

- Collect payments from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Provide correct change and issue receipts.

4. Order Fulfillment:

- Hand over food takeaways to customers and delivery personnel (e.g., Zomato).

- Ensure orders are complete and correct before handing them over.

5. Training and Compliance:

- Participate in training sessions to understand store operations and POS system usage.

- Adhere to store policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Basic proficiency in English.

- Friendly, jolly, and customer-oriented personality.

- Ability to work during specified hours (Thursday to Sunday evenings and Monday daytime).

- Reliable and punctual.

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
