Job Title: Part-Time Delivery Driver

Department: Logistics/Delivery

Reports To: Delivery Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Part-Time Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery and Pick-Up:

- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.

- Follow routes and time schedules.

- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle.

- Collect payments when required.

2. Customer Service:

- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

- Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer.

3. Safety and Compliance:

- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.

- Maintain a clean and operating vehicle.

- Report any vehicle issues or incidents to management immediately.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver is preferred.

- Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes.

- Ability to lift packages and work under varied weather conditions.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds.

- Prolonged periods of driving and navigating in traffic.

- Ability to operate a vehicle for extended periods of time.

Work Schedule:

- Part-time hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,190.01 - ?36,111.85 per month
