for Parking CCTV Operator:

We currently have an opportunity for a Parking CCTV Operator based in Gurugram (Haryana). The ideal Candidate will be responsible for the monitoring of CCTV systems for the UK parking services market.

Job Responsibilities;

• To manage surveillance of CCTV Cameras on multiple Display Monitors.
• Monitoring carparks using the CCTV interface (IP cameras) - 9 Cameras per Display Monitor.
• Record and process parking violations.
• Watch both Live and Recorded Video Surveillance.
• Work as a part of the Team in UK.
• Answering calls and taking details from the caller and given possible solution or forwarded to relevant department.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all events that occurred during each shift in computer.
• Maintain records and filing systems as necessary to ensure smooth running of the section.

The ideal candidate working as a Parking CCTV Operator will display:

• Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
• Self-motivated and trustworthy.
• Strict adherence to rules and regulations.
• Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative.
• Must be fluent in English language.
• Must have Basic computer course diploma or basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet.
• Flexible approach to shift work and overtime requirements.
• Working in a similar role.
• Having personal transport.
• Person should have to be flexible in day and night hours, including public holidays.

Experience

• 2- 4 Years in Security Administration

Salary

• Up to 1.8 to 2.4 lacs per annum depending upon experience + Incentive
• Overtime payable at time

Shift Timing

Rotational Shift & Reporting to UK

•Excellent English communication skills, including verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
