Key Responsibilities:
1. Parent Communication and Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding school activities, events, updates, and student progress.
• Organize and coordinate parent-teacher meetings, parent orientations, and workshops.
• Ensure timely, clear, and transparent communication between parents and the school administration.
2. Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with parents.
• Provide guidance and support to parents in understanding the school's curriculum, policies, and procedures.
• Actively listen to parents' concerns and ensure that their feedback is addressed effectively and in a timely manner.
• Help resolve conflicts or misunderstandings between parents and the school staff.
3. Student Support and Monitoring:
• Monitor student progress and communicate updates to parents regarding academic achievements, behavioral progress, and any areas of concern.
• Follow up with parents regarding any concerns raised and offer solutions or interventions as necessary.
• Support the management team in addressing any critical issues affecting the students' well-being.
4. Event Coordination:
• Assist in planning and organizing parent engagement events such as workshops, social events, and educational programs.
• Promote and manage parent participation in school activities, ensuring that parents feel involved and valued.
• Assist in planning and executing orientation sessions for new parents to help them integrate into the school community.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of parent interactions, feedback, and concerns in the school's CRM system.
• Prepare reports related to parent engagement, student performance, and any other relevant issues.
• Ensure all documentation is kept up to date and complies with confidentiality guidelines.
6. School Marketing and Promotion:
• Promote the school's values, ethos, and programs to prospective parents, supporting the admissions team when necessary.
• Assist in conducting school tours for new parents or potential enrollees, highlighting the strengths and opportunities within the school.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive image of the school within the parent community.
7. Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
• Resolve issues, complaints, or concerns raised by parents regarding the school's services or their child's experience.
• Work closely with school management and teaching staff to find solutions to problems and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality.
