Job Title: Parcel Delivery Executive

Location: Various locations in Hyderabad.

A Parcel Delivery Executive at Delhivery Limited is responsible for picking up and delivering parcels to customers within a designated area, ensuring timely and accurate service. Key duties include planning delivery routes, handling customer queries, collecting COD payments, and maintaining delivery records via mobile apps. The role requires a valid driver's license, familiarity with local routes, and good customer service skills. It's a physically demanding job involving long periods of driving and walking. Compensation includes a fixed salary, fuel reimbursement, and incentives for meeting delivery targets.

Here are the key responsibilities of a Parcel Delivery Boy:

• Parcel Pickup & Delivery: Collect parcels from the hub/warehouse and deliver them to customer addresses.
• Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries, provide delivery updates, and manage Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
• Delivery Documentation: Update delivery status in the app, and collect customer signatures or digital confirmation.
• Problem Solving: Resolve issues like incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or damaged parcels.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the delivery vehicle (if provided) in good condition.
• Safety Compliance: Follow company protocols and traffic rules to ensure safe deliveries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
