Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team at our Vashi, Navi Mumbai office. As a Telecaller Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Ayurvedic healthcare services and products, with a focus on achieving targets and providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities :- Outbound Calls : Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about our Ayurvedic healthcare services and promotions.- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs.- Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their queries, providing detailed information about our services, and offering personalized recommendations.- Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage repeat business.- Data Management : Accurately record and update client information and call details in the CRM system.- Reporting : Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, lead status, and target achievements to the management team.Requirements :- Experience : Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred, particularly in the healthcare or wellness sector.- Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging telephone manner.
