- Legal Research and Analysis:

- Conduct detailed research on legal issues, statutes, regulations, and case law.

- Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and contracts.

- Assist in the preparation of case briefs, appeals, and other legal correspondence.

- Case Management:

- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are current and properly filed.

- Coordinate the discovery process, including the gathering, reviewing, and organizing of evidence.

- Client Interaction:

- Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and schedule meetings.

- Prepare clients for depositions, trials, or other legal proceedings.

- Court Filings:

- File legal documents with courts and government agencies, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and court schedules.

- Administrative Duties:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.
