• Preparing a variety of teas according to customer preferences and standard recipes.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the tea station, including equipment and supplies.
• Serving tea and snacks to guests or staff with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Assisting with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Providing support during events and meetings, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Supporting daily operations including tea preparation and service.
• Managing guest requests and ensured a pleasant experience through attentive service.
• Keeping work areas clean and well-organized, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Assisting with setup and breakdown for meetings and events.
• Tea Preparation: Skilled in brewing and serving a wide range of teas, including loose leaf and bagged varieties.
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for guests.
• Organization: Efficient in maintaining a clean and orderly work area, managing inventory, and ensuring timely service.
• Communication: Clear and effective communicator with the ability to handle guest inquiries and requests.
• Team Collaboration: Able to work well with others and support team efforts in a fast-paced environment.
