Ability to Maintain/ Manage a panel of 150+ Stockiest, Retailers and Doctors across the region for monthly data collection.
Interview skills, especially for consulting projects with Stockiest, Retailers and Doctors.
Good understanding of Ludhianas topography and familiarity with the Punjab region.
Ability to plan and optimize field activities based on regional insights.
Fair knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing routine work, data analysis, and MIS reporting.
Capable of handling incoming calls from panels, providing prompt responses to routine queries.
Goal-oriented with the ability to initiate and manage follow-ups to achieve targets.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines without supervision
