Position Overview
As a Telesales Executive, you will connect with potential clients, explain our services, and convert leads into customers. This role requires excellent communication and convincing skills, as well as a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services.
Explain service features and benefits in a clear and convincing manner.
Convert leads into customers through effective communication and persuasion.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Collect and document client feedback to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
Any degree qualification (freshers or candidates with 1+ years of experience are welcome).
Strong verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Tamil or Malayalam is an added advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
