As an Associate Inside Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into satisfied customers. Your role involves lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain our services.
Generate leads and schedule follow-ups to nurture potential clients.
Achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead conversion.
Resolve client queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications
Any degree (freshers and experienced candidates welcome).
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil/Malayalam.
Persuasive and customer-focused approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
