: Inside Sales Telecaller – PhD Research Assistance
Company: Panacorp Software Solutions
Location: 32/8, 4th Floor Crystal Plaza, near WCC Junction, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote PhD research assistance services.
Qualify leads by assessing the needs of candidates and explaining the company’s services effectively.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers through persuasive calls and communication.
Maintain detailed records of conversations, follow-ups, and client data.
Schedule appointments for further discussions with the sales team or experts.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Assist in managing the lead pipeline and customer database.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to effectively explain services and address client concerns.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Goal-driven with a focus on meeting sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus.
