We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Business Development Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client outreach, and relationship building. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online research.
Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and explain our services.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of all lead activities in the CRM system.
Follow up on inquiries and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Meet and exceed lead generation targets through consistent efforts.
Qualifications
Education: Any degree; freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
Strong research and organizational skills.
Prior experience in lead generation, telecalling, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
